Nau mai, haere mai to the first community tree planting of the Matariki season! β¨
π¦ This is your chance to explore Philomel Reserve and plant native plants to be admired for years to come! Bring your whΔnau, friends or neighbours and connect to the local environment.
π Entrance to the reserve is between 39 & 40 Philomel Crescent, Bayswater. Look out for the RTH flag & a group of enthusiastic volunteers! π
πͺ We'll come together afterwards for a nourishing lunch of soup & bread, and we encourage bringing a plate of kai to share.
π±πͺ Dress responsibly with closed-toe shoes and warm clothing! If you have gloves or a spade, feel free to bring them along - RTH can provide these if needed.
